Protein Shake Pumpkin Spice Recipe
My favorite Breakfast Protein Shake Recipe to get my morning started is called Fall Fitness! If you are looking for a pumpkin spice yummylicious drink for the fall (or all year as I look at it), you HAVE to try this healthy version of a Pumpkin Shake!
2 scoops TLS Nutrition Shake – Creamy Vanilla OR 1 serving TLS Whey Protein Shake – Vanilla
½ cup cooked sweet potato or ½ cup canned pumpkin
½ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. ginger
1 cup almond milk (unsweetened vanilla is great!)
Mix all ingredients together in a blender and enjoy!
You can add a few ice cubes to make it thicker.
