Why should you join my FB group? Especially when there are tons of groups out there (some that we get added to without our permissions even!).
Well, I’m gonna let you in on what I do. I am YOUR biggest CHEERLEADER! It’s what I do. Motivating, Encouraging, Supporting my friends, family, new friends is something that makes me happy. Watching those I support go out and motivate others to change their lives, well, I can’t even put that into words.
I am a heath and wellness coach that educates on low glycemic impact eating along with gluten free tips since I have serious food allergies and fibromyalgia (along with adrenal insufficiency, arthritis and hypothryroidism just to name a few more). I do focus on women over 40 who are struggling with hormones and menopausal issues take control of their health because that is where my life is at the moment (even though I am over 50 🙂 ) Even though my focus is what I am going through with others, I can help anyone with a customized plan for their health, wellness, weight loss goals.
I have had to change my diet 4 times in the past 6 years. Once for gerd and acid reflux as they found Barrett’s Esophagus in my throat. Then I needed to change my diet again when I found out about my food allergies to Wheat, Oat, Corn and White Potato (yes, I’m Irish and that potato one hurts to the core lol). The third time is when I found out about my thyroid and then within the same year I was diagnosed with adrenal insufficiency. Fun right! Ugh!!
Looking to food and supplements has always been my first line of defense. I am currently only on one medication for my thyroid. WP Thyroid which is the cleanest version I could find to take with all my other issues. I also take supplements, vitamin D, B12, calcium and vitamin C just to name a few. I have been taking them for 5 years, but this past year my doctors have added a few more in. I am grateful that the doctors I am seeing believe in supplements and not straight to medication. In the past I lived on 800 mg of Ibuprofen 3 times a day for YEARS because a doctor back in the 90’s told me to do that for my fibromyalgia pain. That is not healthy for our bodies and I was able to find other ways to reduce inflammation through natural ways and supplements. I will be sharing more in my facebook group on this as well.
I provide facebook live videos to talk with you and share tips. I do a live stream on Periscope with health tips and share those in the group as well. Having a closed facebook group to share the education and information to help you with a new lifestyle is perfect in a small, focused setting. You can ask questions and encourage others. It’s a great place to hang out!
Why should you be join me in my facebook group? If you are ready to try something new, that is a food focused lifestyle change and you are committed to your health for this year, then you need to be in the group. If you want support, motivation and encouragement from people going through what you are going through, then you need to be in the group.
